פֶּן־יֹאמְר֗וּ הָאָרֶץ֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הוֹצֵאתָ֣נוּ מִשָּׁם֒ מִבְּלִי֙ יְכֹ֣לֶת יְהוָ֔ה לַהֲבִיאָ֕ם אֶל־הָאָ֖רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֣ר לָהֶ֑ם וּמִשִּׂנְאָת֣וֹ אוֹתָ֔ם הוֹצִיאָ֖ם לַהֲמִתָ֥ם בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃
supaya jangan penduduk negeri tempat Engkau membawa kami keluar itu berkata: ‘Karena Yang Mahakekal tidak sanggup membawa mereka masuk ke negeri yang telah dijanjikan-Nya kepada mereka, dan karena Ia membenci mereka, maka Ia membawa mereka keluar untuk membunuh mereka di padang gurun.’
