הֵ֛ן עֵ֥ד לְאוּמִּ֖ים נְתַתִּ֑יו נָגִ֥יד וּמְצַוֵּ֖ה לְאֻמִּֽים׃
Sesungguhnya, Aku telah menetapkan dia sebagai saksi bagi bangsa-bangsa, seorang pemimpin dan pemberi perintah bagi bangsa-bangsa.
