הַקָּהָ֕ל חֻקָּ֥ה אַחַ֛ת לָכֶ֖ם וְלַגֵּ֣ר הַגָּ֑ר חֻקַּ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם כָּכֶ֛ם כַּגֵּ֥ר יִהְיֶ֖ה לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
Bagi jemaah, hanya ada satu ketetapan, baik bagimu maupun bagi pendatang yang tinggal bersamamu; itulah ketetapan untuk selama-lamanya, turun-temurun. Sebagaimana kamu, demikian pula pendatang itu di hadapan Yang Mahakekal.
Targum Jonathan
For the whole congregation there is one statute, for you and the sojourner who sojourneth; it is an everlasting statute for your generations; as with you, so shall it be with the sojourner before the Lord.
