צַו֮ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ וְנָתְנ֣וּ לַלְוִיִּ֗ם מִֽנַּחֲלַ֛ת אֲחֻזָּתָ֖ם עָרִ֣ים לָשָׁ֑בֶת וּמִגְרָ֗שׁ לֶֽעָרִים֙ סְבִיבֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔ם תִּתְּנ֖וּ לַלְוִיִּֽם׃
“Perintahkanlah kepada orang Israel agar mereka memberikan kepada orang Lewi, dari milik pusaka mereka, kota-kota untuk didiami; dan tanah lapang di sekeliling kota-kota itu pun harus kamu berikan kepada orang Lewi.
Targum Jonathan
Command the sons of Israel that they give to the Levites from their inheritance cities to dwell in, and suburbs (open spaces) to the cities round about shall you give to the Levites.

And suburbs to the cities round about them shall you give to the Levites.
