וְנָתְנ֣וּ עָ֠לָיו אֶֽת־כָּל־כֵּלָ֞יו אֲשֶׁ֣ר יְֽשָׁרְת֧וּ עָלָ֣יו בָּהֶ֗ם אֶת־הַמַּחְתֹּ֤ת אֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹת֙ וְאֶת־הַיָּעִ֣ים וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹ֔ת כֹּ֖ל כְּלֵ֣י הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וּפָרְשׂ֣וּ עָלָ֗יו כְּס֛וּי ע֥וֹר תַּ֖חַשׁ וְשָׂמ֥וּ בַדָּֽיו׃
Mereka harus meletakkan di atasnya semua perlengkapannya yang dipakai untuk melayani di atasnya, yaitu perbaraan-perbaraan, garpu-garpu, sekop-sekop, dan bokor-bokor penyiraman, yakni semua perlengkapan mezbah itu. Mereka harus membentangkan di atasnya penutup dari kulit binatang berwarna-warni dan memasang kayu-kayu pengusungnya.

and put upon it all its vessels with which it is served, the cinder-holders, flesh-hooks, prongs, and basins, even all the vessels of the altar, and spread upon it a covering of hyacinthine skin, and inset its staves.
Tafsir Rasag
They shall put on it all its utensils, which they use on it—the pans, the shovels, the basins, the forks, and all the altar's vessels—and they shall spread over it a covering of tanned ram skins and fix its poles.
