וַיִּקְרָ֤א מֶֽלֶךְ־מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ לַֽמְיַלְּדֹ֔ת וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לָהֶ֔ן מַדּ֥וּעַ עֲשִׂיתֶ֖ן הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה וַתְּחַיֶּ֖יןָ אֶת־הַיְלָדִֽים׃
Lalu raja Mesir memanggil para bidan itu dan berkata kepada mereka, “Mengapa kamu melakukan hal ini dan memelihara bayi-bayi itu tetap hidup?”

And the king of Mizraim called the midwives, and said to them, Why have you done this thing, and have saved the children?
