וַיִּשְׁמַ֞ע יִתְר֨וֹ כֹהֵ֤ן מִדְיָן֙ חֹתֵ֣ן מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֵת֩ כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָשָׂ֤ה אֱלֹהִים֙ לְמֹשֶׁ֔ה וּלְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל עַמּ֑וֹ כִּֽי־הוֹצִ֧יא יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל מִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃
Yitro, imam Midian, mertua Musa, mendengar tentang segala yang telah dilakukan Allah bagi Musa dan bagi Israel, umat-Nya, yaitu bahwa Yang Mahakekal telah membawa Israel keluar dari Mesir.
Targum Jonathan
And Jethro, prince of Midian, the father-in-law of Mosheh, heard all that the Lord had done for Mosheh and for Israel His people, and that the Lord had brought forth Israel from Mizraim.
