כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה בְּזֹ֣את תֵּדַ֔ע כִּ֖י אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֑ה הִנֵּ֨ה אָנֹכִ֜י מַכֶּ֣ה ׀ בַּמַּטֶּ֣ה אֲשֶׁר־בְּיָדִ֗י עַל־הַמַּ֛יִם אֲשֶׁ֥ר בַּיְאֹ֖ר וְנֶהֶפְכ֥וּ לְדָֽם׃
Beginilah firman Yang Mahakekal: “Dengan inilah engkau akan mengetahui bahwa Akulah Yang Mahakekal.” Lihatlah, aku akan memukul air Sungai Nil dengan tongkat yang ada di tanganku, dan air itu akan berubah menjadi darah.
Targum Jonathan
Thus saith the Lord: By this sign thou shalt know that I am the Lord. Behold, with the rod that is in my hand, I will smite the waters of the river, and they shall be changed into blood.
