וְהָיָ֗ה כִּ֤י יְבִֽיאֲךָ֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ אֶל־הָאָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּ֥ה בָא־שָׁ֖מָּה לְרִשְׁתָּ֑הּ וְנָתַתָּ֤ה אֶת־הַבְּרָכָה֙ עַל־הַ֣ר גְּרִזִ֔ים וְאֶת־הַקְּלָלָ֖ה עַל־הַ֥ר עֵיבָֽל׃
Apabila Yang Mahakekal, Allahmu, telah membawa engkau masuk ke negeri yang akan kaumasuki untuk kaududuki, engkau harus mengucapkan berkat di atas Gunung Gerizim dan kutuk di atas Gunung Ebal.
Targum Jonathan
And it shall be, when the Lord your God will have brought you to the land into which you are going, to possess it, you shall place six tribes upon the mountain of Gerizim, and six tribes on the mountain of Ebal. They who recite the blessings shall turn their faces towards Mount Gerizim, and they who recite the curses shall turn their faces towards Mount Ebal.
Tafsir Rasag
So when your Lord brings you to the land which you are entering, seize the blessings by saying 'Quliy Jabal Ghurizim' and invoke the curses upon Jabal 'Ayyub
