וְהָיָ֛ה כְּכַלֹּ֥ת הַשֹּׁטְרִ֖ים לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־הָעָ֑ם וּפָֽקְד֛וּ שָׂרֵ֥י צְבָא֖וֹת בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃ (ס)
Setelah para petugas selesai berbicara kepada bangsa itu, haruslah diangkat panglima-panglima pasukan untuk memimpin bangsa itu.

And when the officers shall have finished to speak with the people, they shall appoint the captains of the host at the head of the people.
