Tosefta untuk Ulangan 16:19

Janganlah engkau memutarbalikkan keadilan, janganlah engkau memandang bulu, dan janganlah engkau menerima suap, sebab suap membutakan mata orang-orang bijak dan memutarbalikkan perkataan orang-orang yang benar.

Tosefta Bekhorot

There are things that are similar to blemishes and they may slaughter on their basis in the Temple, but they may not slaughter on their basis in the outlying areas, and they are these: The gomim, the tzomeach, the tzumam, and a female (n'keivah)*alt., "a female that has horns" (MS Vienna). What is a gomim? Anything that lacks horns. And a tzomeach is anything that lacks ears. A tzumam: One whose ears are closed up. Rabbi Ilai said in the name of Rabbi Yishmael: An androgynous: It is [considered a] first-born male, and its blemish is upon it, [and] it may be slaughtered on account of [that blemish]. And the Sages say, sanctity does not rest upon it [ab initio]; rather, it may go out and pasture with the flock. Rabbi Shimon says, behold, it says (Deut. 16:19), "Every first-born that is born among your herds or among your flocks, the male you shall consecrate to Hashem your God," so that in every place where it says "male," it excludes the tumtum and the androgynous from the general rule.
