וַיַּעֲבֹ֧ד יַעֲקֹ֛ב בְּרָחֵ֖ל שֶׁ֣בַע שָׁנִ֑ים וַיִּהְי֤וּ בְעֵינָיו֙ כְּיָמִ֣ים אֲחָדִ֔ים בְּאַהֲבָת֖וֹ אֹתָֽהּ׃

Giacobbe servì per (avere) Rachele sett’anni, i quali gli parvero poco tempo, per l’amore che le portava.

And Jacob worked for Rachel seven years, and they were in his eyes as a few days, due to his love for her (Gen. 29:20).
