רְאֵ֛ה נָתַ֥תִּי לִפְנֵיכֶ֖ם אֶת־הָאָ֑רֶץ בֹּ֚אוּ וּרְשׁ֣וּ אֶת־הָאָ֔רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁבַּ֣ע יְ֠הוָה לַאֲבֹ֨תֵיכֶ֜ם לְאַבְרָהָ֨ם לְיִצְחָ֤ק וּֽלְיַעֲקֹב֙ לָתֵ֣ת לָהֶ֔ם וּלְזַרְעָ֖ם אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃
Ecco, io ho posto la terra davanti a te: entra e possiede la terra che l'Eterno ha giurato ai tuoi padri, ad Abramo, a Isacco e a Giacobbe, per dare a loro e al loro seme dopo di loro.'

WHICH THE ETERNAL SWORE. The reason [for using the third person the Eternal swore rather than the first person “I swore” which would be more appropriate, since G-d is the speaker] is similar to that in the verse, And unto Moses He said, Come up to the Eternal,69Exodus 24:1.
