וַיַּמְרוּ־בִ֗י וְלֹ֤א אָבוּ֙ לִּשְׁמֹ֣עַ אֵלַ֔י אִ֣ישׁ אֶת־שִׁקּוּצֵ֤י עֵֽינֵיהֶם֙ לֹ֣א הִשְׁלִ֔יכוּ וְאֶת־גִּלּוּלֵ֥י מִצְרַ֖יִם לֹ֣א עָזָ֑בוּ וָאֹמַ֞ר לִשְׁפֹּ֧ךְ חֲמָתִ֣י עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם לְכַלּ֤וֹת אַפִּי֙ בָּהֶ֔ם בְּת֖וֹךְ אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃
Ma si ribellarono contro di me e non mi avrebbero ascoltato; non tutti gli uomini gettarono via le cose detestabili dei loro occhi, né abbandonarono gli idoli dell'Egitto; poi ho detto che avrei riversato la mia furia su di loro, per spendere la mia rabbia su di loro in mezzo al paese d'Egitto.
