בִּשְׁנַ֨ת חֲדָ֜ה לְכ֣וֹרֶשׁ מַלְכָּ֗א כּ֣וֹרֶשׁ מַלְכָּא֮ שָׂ֣ם טְעֵם֒ בֵּית־אֱלָהָ֤א בִֽירוּשְׁלֶם֙ בַּיְתָ֣א יִתְבְּנֵ֔א אֲתַר֙ דִּֽי־דָבְחִ֣ין דִּבְחִ֔ין וְאֻשּׁ֖וֹהִי מְסֽוֹבְלִ֑ין רוּמֵהּ֙ אַמִּ֣ין שִׁתִּ֔ין פְּתָיֵ֖הּ אַמִּ֥ין שִׁתִּֽין׃
Nel primo anno di re Ciro, re Ciro emanò un decreto: riguardo alla casa di Dio a Gerusalemme, lascia che la casa fosse costruita, il luogo in cui offrono sacrifici e che le sue basi fossero fortemente gettate; la sua altezza di tre cubiti di memoria e la sua larghezza di tre cubiti di memoria;
