גַּם־הַ֭יּוֹם מְרִ֣י שִׂחִ֑י יָ֝דִ֗י כָּבְדָ֥ה עַל־אַנְחָתִֽי׃

Anche oggi la mia lamentela è amara; La mia mano è diventata pesante a causa del mio gemito.
