כִּֽי־הָיִ֨יתָ מָע֥וֹז לַדָּ֛ל מָע֥וֹז לָאֶבְי֖וֹן בַּצַּר־ל֑וֹ מַחְסֶ֤ה מִזֶּ֙רֶם֙ צֵ֣ל מֵחֹ֔רֶב כִּ֛י ר֥וּחַ עָרִיצִ֖ים כְּזֶ֥רֶם קִֽיר׃
Perché tu sei stato una roccaforte per i poveri, una roccaforte per i bisognosi nella sua angoscia, un rifugio dalla tempesta, un'ombra dal caldo; Perché l'esplosione di quei terribili fu come una tempesta contro il muro.
