אָ֤ז תִּרְאִי֙ וְנָהַ֔רְתְּ וּפָחַ֥ד וְרָחַ֖ב לְבָבֵ֑ךְ כִּֽי־יֵהָפֵ֤ךְ עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ הֲמ֣וֹן יָ֔ם חֵ֥יל גּוֹיִ֖ם יָבֹ֥אוּ לָֽךְ׃

Allora vedrai e sarai radioso, e il tuo cuore palpiterà e si allargherà; Poiché l'abbondanza del mare sarà rivolta a te, la ricchezza delle nazioni verrà a te.

Ibn Ezra on Isaiah

Then. When kings come unto thee and bring thee thy children. תראי Thou shalt fear,³A. V., Thou shalt see. I. E. seems to have read תִּֽרְאִי or תִּרְאִי (root ירא), instead of תִּרְאִי. like a man that trembles when help comes to him suddenly, or anything he did not anticipate; this is usually the case with a person who finds something.
