תִּפְאֶ֣רֶת בַּחוּרִ֣ים כֹּחָ֑ם וַהֲדַ֖ר זְקֵנִ֣ים שֵׂיבָֽה׃
La gloria dei giovani è la loro forza; e la bellezza dei vecchi è la testa roca.
