אָ֭וֶן אִם־רָאִ֣יתִי בְלִבִּ֑י לֹ֖א יִשְׁמַ֣ע ׀ אֲדֹנָֽי׃
Se avessi considerato l'iniquità nel mio cuore, il Signore non avrebbe ascoltato;
Rashi on Psalms
If I saw iniquity, etc. He did not deal with us according to our sins, but He made Himself as though He neither saw nor heard the iniquity that was in our hearts.
