Commento su Salmi 104:9

גְּֽבוּל־שַׂ֭מְתָּ בַּל־יַֽעֲבֹר֑וּן בַּל־יְ֝שׁוּב֗וּן לְכַסּ֥וֹת הָאָֽרֶץ׃

Hai fissato un limite al quale non dovrebbero passare, affinché non possano tornare a coprire la terra.

You set a boundary for them, viz. the sand that is around its shore.
