כִּֽי־אֲ֭נִי לְצֶ֣לַע נָכ֑וֹן וּמַכְאוֹבִ֖י נֶגְדִּ֣י תָמִֽיד׃
Sono pronto a fermarmi e il mio dolore è continuamente davanti a me.
