וְרָאָה֩ הַכֹּהֵ֨ן אֶת־הַנֶּ֜תֶק בַּיּ֣וֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִ֗י וְ֠הִנֵּה לֹא־פָשָׂ֤ה הַנֶּ֙תֶק֙ בָּע֔וֹר וּמַרְאֵ֕הוּ אֵינֶ֥נּוּ עָמֹ֖ק מִן־הָע֑וֹר וְטִהַ֤ר אֹתוֹ֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְכִבֶּ֥ס בְּגָדָ֖יו וְטָהֵֽר׃
E nel settimo giorno il sacerdote dovrà guardare la calamita; e, ecco, se la calamità non si diffonde nella pelle e il suo aspetto non è più profondo della pelle, allora il sacerdote lo pronuncerà pulito; e si laverà i vestiti e sarà pulito.

וכבס בגדיו וטהר, “and after having immersed his garments in a ritual bath he shall be ritually pure.” He will not confer ritual impurity through touch lying or sitting on something or having marital relations.

וטהר, he will also become ritually pure (if he is a Nazirite) although as such he should have let his hair grow wild, etc.
