וְכֹל֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר סְבִיבֹתָ֥יו עזרה [עֶזְר֛וֹ] וְכָל־אֲגַפָּ֖יו אֱזָרֶ֣ה לְכָל־ר֑וּחַ וְחֶ֖רֶב אָרִ֥יק אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃

E disperderò verso ogni vento tutto ciò che è intorno a lui per aiutarlo, e tutte le sue truppe; e estrarrò la spada dietro di loro.

I will scatter to every direction Heb. אֱזָרֶה, epandre in Old French, to disperse, and they are Johanan the son of Kareah and the officers of the armies, who were exiled to Egypt, where the sword of Nebuchadnezzar overtook them when he destroyed Egypt.
