Halakhah su Ezechiele 46:18

וְלֹא־יִקַּ֨ח הַנָּשִׂ֜יא מִנַּחֲלַ֣ת הָעָ֗ם לְהֽוֹנֹתָם֙ מֵאֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם מֵאֲחֻזָּת֖וֹ יַנְחִ֣ל אֶת־בָּנָ֑יו לְמַ֙עַן֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־יָפֻ֣צוּ עַמִּ֔י אִ֖ישׁ מֵאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃

Inoltre il principe non prenderà del popolo's eredità, per cacciarli ingiustamente fuori dal loro possesso; darà l'eredità ai suoi figli per suo possesso; che il mio popolo non sia disperso da ogni suo possesso.'
