Deuteronomio 29:28 Cabala: Or Neerav, Zohar & Tikkunei Zohar

Or Neerav

Who has caused these people to chase after the simple meaning [of Scripture] and ignore the esoteric portions? It is you dullards [who] hate knowledge (Prov. 1:23), meaning the knowledge of hidden things. What is written [in the verse] after that? You are indifferent to my rebuke, I will now speak my mind to you. This means that the soul which is enwrapped in the simple meaning [is now addressed]: I will now speak my mind to you and let you know my thoughts concerning the secrets which I possess. And you spurned [my counsel](Prov: 1:25) … Then they will call upon me [but I will not answer (Prov. 1:28). This is why [the passage] states, “This concerns one who removes Kabbalah and wisdom. [Kabbalah] means the written Torah, [which symbolizes] Tiferet, and [wisdom] refers to the oral Torah, which is Malkhut. This is the mystery of the vav heh in which the yod heh is concealed,34Cf. n. 18 above. as it is written, The hidden things are for the Lord our God. There the secret of God is revealed—to us and our children forever (Deut. 29:28).

Zohar

He [Rabbi Aba] answered: all of Torah secret and revealed, and the God's Holy Name is secret and revealed, and it is written "the secrets are for Ad-nai our God and the revealed for us and our children" (Deut. 29:28). "The revealed" is what we have permission to ask, to delve into and to see, and to know. But "the secrets" are God's and who [among humans] is able to know and cling one's mind to what is closed, and all the more so to ask?!

Tikkunei Zohar

21 Above these "limbs" is the "head" in which chochma (wisdom) is the22 right brain, the seat of thought, and bina (understanding) is22 the left brain and the heart, the heart's ability to discern. Concerning these, it is written, "The hidden things belong to G‑d 23 corresponding to chochma our G‑d24 corresponding to bina". (Deut. 29:28). Keter Elyon (Supernal Crown) is the keter of malchut, concerning which it is said, "I25 G-d declare the end from the beginning". (Isaiah 46:10).26 Keter surrounds and contains the two hemispheres of the brain, chochma and bina, like the leather box of the Tefillin27 that surrounds and contains the parchments . Within27 this unified system of "limbs" and "head" which constitute one "body" or "tree," is the Divine Name "spelled-out" with alefs, i.e. Mah, thus: Yud-vav-dalet = 20, hei-alef = 6, vav-alef-vav= 13, hei-alef= 6.28 With this name You determine the way29 in which Your Light is transmitted through the sefirot of Atzilut. This name therefore fills and saturates30 the "roots" and the "trunk" of the "tree" of the sefirot, together with its "limbs" and "branches", as water irrigates and saturates a tree. It31 the "tree" then grows in proportion to how much "water" flows through it.
