Vav [of the Name Havayah] - this is the Torah that dwells in the mouth, and in the breath of the mouth it fledges on the eagle, since the eagle is the nose, the two wings are the two lips, and about it it is written: "a bird of the air carries the utterance, and a winged creature reports the word" (Prov. 10:20).
