He opens His hand and satisfies, He binds up the waters and releases them to water the earth with rain, three or four [months or periods a year];¹¹See Amos 4:7 day to day makes speech flow, uttering His praise.¹²See Tehillim 19:3. The daily renewal of the activities of creation, beginning with sunrise, stir mankind to proclaim Hashem’s praises. Forever will He reign, the most high King! Holy and Awesome in wonder and reverence, the measurements of the earth, He proclaimed, and its cornerstone, He hurled down [from the heavens]; and all that was created, He created for His glory. Forever will He reign,
