The Sheaves of Barley are saying, “A prayer of the pauper, when he swoons, and pours out his speech before YHVH.”

And You [God,] arise and be compassionate! For the time for mercy has arrived.²³V. Psalms 102:14. Be compassionate to Zion and to the Congregation that is beyond count.
