Midrash su Geremia 14:16
וְהָעָ֣ם אֲשֶׁר־הֵ֣מָּה נִבְּאִ֣ים לָהֶ֡ם יִֽהְי֣וּ מֻשְׁלָכִים֩ בְּחֻצ֨וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם מִפְּנֵ֣י ׀ הָרָעָ֣ב וְהַחֶ֗רֶב וְאֵ֤ין מְקַבֵּר֙ לָהֵ֔מָּה הֵ֣מָּה נְשֵׁיהֶ֔ם וּבְנֵיהֶ֖ם וּבְנֹֽתֵיהֶ֑ם וְשָׁפַכְתִּ֥י עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם אֶת־רָעָתָֽם׃
e le persone a cui profetizzano saranno scacciate per le strade di Gerusalemme a causa della carestia e della spada; e non avranno nessuno a seppellire loro, loro, le loro mogli, né i loro figli, né le loro figlie; poiché riverserò su di loro il loro male.'
Sifrei Devarim
(Devarim, Ibid. 24) "mezei with hunger and embattled by reshef": They will be hairy with hunger and strewn about the streets, as it is written (Jeremiah 14:16) "And the people to whom they prophesy will be strewn about in the streets of Jerusalem."
