Musar su Salmi 11:7

If the servant (of God) should ask, “How can we compare the work of God to that of His creatures, how can we take as proof the work of the human craftsman compared with the work of the Creator, blessed be He, since the work of the Creator is wonderful and exalted? Just as we cannot attribute to Him any value or image that is human, so we cannot liken unto Him any matter or deed that is human, and we cannot compare His works to theirs.” So we answer his words by saying: Behold, we have found that the pious ones strive and labor with all their might to be like the Creator, may He be blessed, in works of righteousness, as it is said (Psalm 11:7), “For the Lord is righteous; He loveth righteousness. The upright shall behold His face.” Therefore, we know that all of His works are works of righteousness and that in the case of the Creator, they are essential truths, whereas in the case of those that are created, they are accidental characteristics. Therefore, every righteous deed among the works of man which we compare to Him is with man accidental, and with the Creator essential. All the works of righteousness which are found in the universe are the work of the Creator. From His revealed deeds we can deduce His hidden, secret ones. Just as the Creator conducts Himself in one instance with righteousness, so does He conduct Himself in all instances. In every case where a man perfects his works, he imitates by these good deeds the righteous deeds of the Creator. For if a man is slow to anger, he makes himself like the Creator. If he is kind or judges with righteousness, he makes himself, as much as he can, like the Creator. Thus it is with all the other good qualities that are proper for men. The closer a man is to the Creator, the more righteous will be his deeds.
