Musar su Salmi 51:15

The twentieth principle is to cause the many to repent from iniquity to the extent of one's ability - as it is stated (Ezekiel 18:30), "Repent and make repent from all your transgressions." We learn [from this] that it is from the principles of repentance. And it is stated (Leviticus 19:17), "you shall surely reprimand your countryman and not bear sin because of him." We learn [from this] that if he does not rebuke him, he will be punished for [the other's] sins. And King David, peace be upon him, said in the psalm of repentance (Psalms 51:15), "I will teach transgressors Your ways, that sinners may return to You."

Sefer HaYashar
My soul, my soul. Lift up your eyes to the heavens and contemplate their awesome wonders, luminaries, and their dominions, the mountains and their foundations, the lands and their inhabitants. Set your heart to know Who created them and ordered them wisely After that, consider the secret of their creation from that which was not and to what end they were created. Seek to understand the events and occurrences of the world and its happenings, as well as the benevolence of the Creator, His goodness and compassion. Seek to understand the events of this transitory world which is like a gourd which appeared over-night and perished over-night. Set between your eyes His being, His worth, the ordeal of His judgment, the retributions of His just decree. Set these things before you so that they will not be swerved from your attention; then your soul will be aroused so as to stand upon the path of wisdom, hope, and dread. Let love and reverential fear draw you towards the worship of the Creator. Both of these will enable you to attain your utmost goal and desire, while each will serve to preserve you from the pit of confusion. If you dwell upon them with diligence, they will open to you the gates of hope and salvation and save you from the depths of sin. They will serve you as tokens of remembrance. If you forget they will remind you, if you sleep they will arouse you, if you err they will warn you. With this you will then find a bountiful reward for your labor. You will not lose your just reward. Just as this work will help you, it will help every man whose provisions are like yours and whose equipment is like yours. Although the wise and the pious may not need this work, perhaps a wanderer from the true path may find help therein if he truly meditates upon it; perhaps it will rouse him from his foolish sleep, and you will receive a bountiful reward as King David, the Chosen of God, may peace be upon Him said: (Psalms 51:15), “Then will I teach transgressors Thy ways; And sinners shall return unto Thee.”

The twentieth principle of repentance is to cause multitudes to turn away from sin, as much as he is able, as it is said, "Return ye, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions" (Ezek. 18:30). We learn from this that this is one of the principles of true repentance. And it is said, "Thou shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people" (Lev. 19:17). We have learned from this that if he does not rebuke him then he is guilty for the other's sin, and thus said David, "Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall return to thee" (Ps. 51:15).
