For the heads of Torah assemblies,18The Sages often use the word כַּלֵי in reference to Agadic lectures, and thus רֵישֵׁי כַלֵי would be translated as the chief lecturers, (דַרְשָׁנִים). Torah assemblies כַלֵי were held during the months of Adar and Elul in order to inspire the people and instruct them concerning the approaching holidays of Pesach, the High Holidays, and Sukkos. for the heads of the communities in exile, for the heads of the yeshivos, and for the judges in the gateways;19Judges used to hold court within the gates. for all their disciples, and for all the disciples of their disciples, and for all who occupy themselves with Torah, the King of the Universe will bless them, prolong their lifespans, increase their days, and give length to their years. And they will be delivered and saved from all distress and from all severe illness. The Master in heaven, will help them at all times and at every season. And let us say Amein.

And He is merciful, and He will atone for transgression, He will not destroy, and he frequently removes His anger and He will not ignite His entire wrath. For You my L·rd are Good and Forgiving, and abundant in kindness to all that call You. Your righteousness is righteousness forever, and Your Torah / Law is truth. Give truth to Yaakov, kindness to Avraham that You swore to our fathers in the days of yore. Blessed is the L·rd - every day He is a stronghold for us, the G·d of our Salvation forever. L·rd of Hosts, happy is the person who trusts in you. L·rd Save! The King that answers us on the day we call.
