The L·rd has reigned. He attired Himself in Majesty. The L·rd has attired & girded Himself with might. You also established the world [that] it should not falter. Your Throne is established from old, You have always been. The rivers have lifted, L·rd. The rivers have lifted up their voice. The rivers will lift up their nadir. [Mightier] than the voices of many waters [& than] the powerful waves of the sea are You, in the lofty heights, L·rd.
