וַיַּ֣עֲשׂוּ כֵ֔ן וַיֹּצִ֣יאוּ אֵלָ֗יו אֶת־חֲמֵ֛שֶׁת הַמְּלָכִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה מִן־הַמְּעָרָ֑ה אֵ֣ת ׀ מֶ֣לֶךְ יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם אֶת־מֶ֤לֶךְ חֶבְרוֹן֙ אֶת־מֶ֣לֶךְ יַרְמ֔וּת אֶת־מֶ֥לֶךְ לָכִ֖ישׁ אֶת־מֶ֥לֶךְ עֶגְלֽוֹן׃
E così fecero, e gli fecero uscire dalla grotta quei cinque re: il re di Gerusalemme, il re di Hebron, il re di Iarmut, il re di Lachish, il re di Eglon.

ונתן מלכיהם בידך, "He will deliver their kings into your hand, etc." You will capture them alive. We have proof of this in Joshua 10,26.
