וַיִּלְכֹּד֩ דָּוִ֨יד מִמֶּ֜נּוּ אֶ֣לֶף רֶ֗כֶב וְשִׁבְעַ֤ת אֲלָפִים֙ פָּֽרָשִׁ֔ים וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים אֶ֖לֶף אִ֣ישׁ רַגְלִ֑י וַיְעַקֵּ֤ר דָּוִיד֙ אֶת־כָּל־הָרֶ֔כֶב וַיּוֹתֵ֥ר מִמֶּ֖נּוּ מֵ֥אָה רָֽכֶב׃
Davide gli prese mille carri, settemila cavalieri e ventimila fanti; e Davide azzoppò tutti i cavalli da carro, ma ne riservò cento carri.

Dovid captured from him one thousand and seven hundred cavalrymen and twenty thousand men on foot. Dovid destroyed all the chariot [horses], [with] one hundred chariot [horses] remaining.
