Talmud su Ecclesiaste 3:21

Tractate Kallah

Another interpretation of Ye that inflame yourselves among the terebinths: Whoever excites himself in order to masturbate is considered to be like an animal. Just as an animal is not mindful of what it does so is he; just as an animal is ignorant of what leads to death so is he; just as an animal is only destined for slaughter and has no portion in the World to Come, he too has no portion in the World to Come. Of him Solomon in his wisdom declared, Who knoweth the spirit of man whether it goeth upward72Eccl. 3, 21.—this refers to the souls of the righteous who do not arouse themselves and do not masturbate. And the spirit of the beast whether it goeth downward to the earth73ibid.—this refers to the souls of the wicked who arouse themselves and masturbate.
