⁹²Gen. rabba 12(9), 1(7). Babli 16a. Rebbi Yudan the Patriarch asked Rebbi Samuel bar Naḥman: What means that which is written, Prepare a way for the rider on clouds, His name YH, and jubilate before Him⁹³Ps. 68:5..
