כִּֽי־קָרַ֣ע יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל מֵעַל֙ בֵּ֣ית דָּוִ֔ד וַיַּמְלִ֖יכוּ אֶת־יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֑ט וידא [וַיַּדַּ֨ח] יָרָבְעָ֤ם אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ מֵאַחֲרֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וְהֶחֱטֵיאָ֖ם חֲטָאָ֥ה גְדוֹלָֽה׃
Poiché Israele si era strappato via dalla casa di Davide, ed essi fecero re Geroboamo, figlio di Nebat; e Geroboamo sviò Israele dal seguire il Signore e li fece peccare di un grande peccato.
