וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א אָבָ֖ה לְשַׁלְּחָֽם׃
Ma il Signore rese forte il cuore di Faraone, ed egli non acconsentì a lasciarli andare.

But the Lord made strong the design of Pharoh's heart, and he would not release them.
