Targum su Esodo 16:18

וַיָּמֹ֣דּוּ בָעֹ֔מֶר וְלֹ֤א הֶעְדִּיף֙ הַמַּרְבֶּ֔ה וְהַמַּמְעִ֖יט לֹ֣א הֶחְסִ֑יר אִ֥ישׁ לְפִֽי־אָכְל֖וֹ לָקָֽטוּ׃

Misurarono cioè coll’Omer: chi prese molto non prese di più (d’una misura per testa), e chi prese poco non prese meno (d’una misura a testa): ciascheduno raccolse secondo il proprio consumo.

Targum Jonathan on Exodus

but when they measured by the homer, nothing remained above the measure of him who had gathered much; and he who had gathered little, wanted nothing of the measure: every man according to the mouth of his eating, so they gathered.
