וַיֹּ֛אמֶר חֹתֵ֥ן מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֵלָ֑יו לֹא־טוֹב֙ הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתָּ֖ה עֹשֶֽׂה׃
Ed il suocero di Mosè gli disse: Non è buona la maniera che tu tieni.

And the father-in-law of Mosheh said to him, This thing that thou art doing is not well ordered;
