Targum su Esodo 9:12
וַיְחַזֵּ֤ק יְהוָה֙ אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֔ה וְלֹ֥א שָׁמַ֖ע אֲלֵהֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ (ס)
Ma il Signore rese forte [ostinato] il cuore di Faraone, e questi non diede loro ascolto; come il Signore aveva predetto a Mosè.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And the Lord hardened the design of Pharoh's heart, and he would not hearken to them, as the Lord had said to Mosheh.
