Targum su Esodo 9:35

וַֽיֶּחֱזַק֙ לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֔ה וְלֹ֥א שִׁלַּ֖ח אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה בְּיַד־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ (פ)

Fattosi forte il cuore di Faraone, egli non lasciò andare i figli d’Israel, come il Signore aveva predetto per mezzo di Mosè.

And Pharoh's heart was made obstinate, and he would not release the children of Israel, as the Lord had said through Mosheh.
