Targum su Genesi 40:10

וּבַגֶּ֖פֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה שָׂרִיגִ֑ם וְהִ֤יא כְפֹרַ֙חַת֙ עָלְתָ֣ה נִצָּ֔הּ הִבְשִׁ֥ילוּ אַשְׁכְּלֹתֶ֖יהָ עֲנָבִֽים׃

Quella vite aveva tre tralci; ed appena fioriva, e ne spuntava il germoglio, già i suoi grappoli avevano uva matura.

And in the vine were three branches; and as it sprouted it brought forth buds, and immediately they ripened into clusters, and became grapes.
