Targum su Genesi 41:32
וְעַ֨ל הִשָּׁנ֧וֹת הַחֲל֛וֹם אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֖ה פַּעֲמָ֑יִם כִּֽי־נָכ֤וֹן הַדָּבָר֙ מֵעִ֣ם הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים וּמְמַהֵ֥ר הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים לַעֲשֹׂתֽוֹ׃
Quanto poi all’essersi il sogno ripetuto a Faraone due volte; ciò significa che la cosa è già stabilita per decreto di Dio, e che Dio è sollecito ad effettuarla.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And forasmuch as the dream was repeated to Pharoh twice, therefore is the thing confirmed before the Lord, and the Lord hasteneth to do it.
