Targum su Isaia 23:9
יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת יְעָצָ֑הּ לְחַלֵּל֙ גְּא֣וֹן כָּל־צְבִ֔י לְהָקֵ֖ל כָּל־נִכְבַּדֵּי־אָֽרֶץ׃
Il Signore degli eserciti l'ha ideato, per contaminare l'orgoglio di ogni gloria, per mettere in disprezzo tutti gli onorevoli della terra.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The Lord of hosts is the counsellor against her, to defile the glory of all the objects of rejoicing, and make contemptible all the nobles of the land.
