נַפְשִׁ֤י אִוִּיתִ֙יךָ֙ בַּלַּ֔יְלָה אַף־רוּחִ֥י בְקִרְבִּ֖י אֲשַֽׁחֲרֶ֑ךָּ כִּ֞י כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר מִשְׁפָּטֶ֙יךָ֙ לָאָ֔רֶץ צֶ֥דֶק לָמְד֖וּ יֹשְׁבֵ֥י תֵבֵֽל׃
Con la mia anima ti ho desiderato nella notte; Sì, con il mio spirito dentro di me ti ho cercato seriamente; Perché quando i tuoi giudizi sono sulla terra, gli abitanti del mondo imparano la giustizia.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
My soul desireth to pray before thee in the night; yea, my spirit within me is blessing thee: when thy judgments are prepared for the earth, those that dwell in the world shall be taught to practise truth.
