Targum Jonathan on Isaiah

Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help, who stay themselves upon horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many: and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they stay not themselves upon the WORD of the Holy One of Israel, neither seek instruction from the Lord.
