וְכֵלַ֖י כֵּלָ֣יו רָעִ֑ים ה֚וּא זִמּ֣וֹת יָעָ֔ץ לְחַבֵּ֤ל ענוים [עֲנִיִּים֙] בְּאִמְרֵי־שֶׁ֔קֶר וּבְדַבֵּ֥ר אֶבְי֖וֹן מִשְׁפָּֽט׃
Anche gli strumenti del churl sono cattivi; Elabora dispositivi malvagi per distruggere il povero con parole bugie, e il bisognoso quando parla bene.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And the wicked, whose works are evil, take counsel with sinners to destroy the poor with lying words, and the words of the needy in judgment.
